The Observer is Fordham Lincoln Center's award-winning, 100% student-run newspaper. Our student editors generate, pitch, and assign story ideas to their section’s staff writers, who research, conduct interviews, and write pieces, many of which appear in our bi-weekly print publication, with the rest published on our website. In recent years, we’ve expanded our digital presence with our social media, multimedia and podcast teams!
Your contributions help keep us running smoothly. We use your generous donations to pay for the publication of our printed paper, our Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and any new equipment we might need to effectively create quality, multimedium, journalistic content. Additionally, the funds support our (new!) top-notch advisers: Richard Rosen, adjunct professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and former Managing Editor of Newsday, and a soon-to-be-announced visual adviser.
Thank you so much in advance for your donation! We really appreciate your help in keeping student journalism at Fordham alive. Happy Holidays!
