Study Abroad at Fordham is part of a long-standing tradition of Jesuit education seeking to enhance our students’ understanding of the world and the increasing interdependence of people, traditions and cultures across borders and beyond.
The International & Study Abroad Programs office helps our students gain the intercultural competencies to successfully communicate across cultures while also learning how best to incorporate a global dimension into their academic studies. We are seeking contributions to our Study Abroad Scholarship Fund to expand the number of students we can assist with financing their time abroad.
$100 will help a Fordham student obtain his or her passport
$250 will help a Fordham student pay for his or her visa
$500 will help fund a Fordham student's international transportation for a semester
$1,000 will help fund a Fordham student's round-trip airfare
Contributions of any size are welcome!
After Black Friday and Cyber Monday, where the focus is to get, the world gathers today on Giving Tuesday to give back to important causes.
We hope you will support our campaign and provide students with meaningful experiences through Study Abroad!
Remember:
- Donors contributing $25 or more will receive a Fordham bracelet handmade in South Africa by one of the service organizations our Ubuntu Study Abroad students work with.
- Donors contributing $50 or more will receive an official Fordham Study Abroad T-Shirt!
Happy Giving Tuesday!
