[Funding Opportunity] Counseling and Psychological Services

Fordham is committed to the holistic health and well-being of our students and community. In recent years, there has been an increase in demand for and utilization of mental health services offered by Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS).

Give through the Counseling and Psychological Services Fund so that we can continue to provide essential services to the Fordham community that are needed. And if you need to learn more about the resources provided, you can visit the CPS website.

[Funding Opportunity] Fordham Libraries

More than ever before, Fordham’s libraries have an need for new digital materials. The pandemic has ensured that access to virtual texts and books is absolutely essential in the University setting. Academic e-books are expensive, and your support will help provide students with the wider digital collection they deserve.

Thank you for supporting Fordham Libraries this Giving Day!

[Funding Opportunity] Veterans Academic Initiative

Fordham is the only New York City university to be among those ranked “Best For Vets” by Military Times

Fordham has been ranked as a top Military-Friendly Yellow Ribbon University by Military Times for five consecutive years and is extremely proud of its active military, veteran, and dependent community for all students who have served our country.

This year marks 175 years of military service at Fordham. Tradition holds that Fordham’s military heritage dates from 1848, when the state of New York issued Fordham 12 muskets for defense against the threat of nativist rioters.

Thanks for your consideration on support of Fordham's veteran and military-connected community this Giving Day!

[Funding Opportunity] Fordham Career Center

Alumni mentors can change the life of a student.

Mentorship is a key vehicle for improving equity and career readiness in higher education. Over the past 18 years, the Fordham Mentoring Program has connected hundreds of students to alumni for career guidance, networking, and support. But with the economic uncertainty brought on by the global pandemic, more students need support from alumni mentors than ever before.

How can we help?

The Fordham Career Center and Office of Alumni Relations are joining forces to grow our alumni mentor community and increase the number of mentorship opportunities. Together we’ve launched the digital Fordham Mentorship Network—a platform that enables one-off connections between students and mentors while allowing us to scale the original mentoring program.

Learn more about the Fordham Mentorship Network.

Ready to help?

Your gift, of any size, is an investment in the future of Fordham students, and will help Fordham fund and expand the Fordham Mentorship Network. Thank you for your kind consideration of support!
