Scholarships allow Fordham to provide equitable access to a transformative education. Particularly, as a University with a longstanding tradition of welcoming first-generation students, scholarships allow Fordham to live up to its Founding Mission. Scholarships open the doors for students and allow them to find a home at Fordham—a place of abundant opportunities for everyone.
Your gift goes even further today! An anonymous donor will contribute $2 for every $1 donated to scholarships. Your gift will directly support the almost 90% of Fordham students who recieve financial aid.
Your support Ignites Change for Fordham students.
“I am beyond grateful for the blessings and opportunities that your support has brought to my education, growth, and development at Fordham.” – Ayden, Gabelli School of Business, Class of 2025.
With your support today—Fordham Giving Day—you will give talented students like Ayden access to a great education AND the tools to succeed well beyond Fordham.
Your generosity makes a brighter future, for every Fordham student.
228 days ago by Fordham UniversityAs a University with a longstanding tradition of welcoming first-generation students, we must provide equitable access to a Fordham education. There are many students, of all backgrounds, who would thrive here if they saw Fordham as their home—a place of abundant opportunities for everyone.
Academic and housing scholarships, as well as initiatives such as the Urban Justice Scholars Program, will foster a diverse, vibrant on-campus community in which students have ever-greater opportunities for serving the human family—through collaborations with our neighbors in New York and beyond. At a time when Americans’ sense of obligation to one another is being tested as never before, Fordham is called to renew and strengthen our historic commitments to building a richly inclusive community.
