Alumni mentors can change the life of a student.
Mentorship is a key vehicle for improving equity and career readiness in higher education. Over the past 18 years, the Fordham Mentoring Program has connected hundreds of students to alumni for career guidance, networking, and support. But with the economic uncertainty brought on by the global pandemic, more students need support from alumni mentors than ever before.
How can we help?
The Fordham Career Center and Office of Alumni Relations are joining forces to grow our alumni mentor community and increase the number of mentorship opportunities. Together we’ve launched the digital Fordham Mentorship Network—a platform that enables one-off connections between students and mentors while allowing us to scale the original mentoring program.

Ready to help?
Your gift, of any size, is an investment in the future of Fordham students, and will help Fordham fund and expand the Fordham Mentorship Network. We’re trying to connect more students with life-changing alumni mentors. Can you help us do it?
"Advice given to you as a student from someone who was in the exact same shoes as you, looking at you completely unbiased, is unparalleled." - Abigail David, GABELLI ’16, student mentee.

As you know, my mentee was just elected USG president. Coincidence? I think not. "- Jeff Coltin, FCRH '15, alumni mentor

Tom also offered valuable advice about internship interviewing, job searches, and an overall clarification of some of the principles of real estate, which is one of my career interests.” - Adam Berni, GABELLI ’21, student mentee
